Recipe - Kurts Tacoburrito Meat

1 qt Dry pinto beans
2 cn Beer
Water
2 teaspoon Blk pepper
2 teaspoon Granulated garlic
Salt to taste
2 Bnch green onions, cut or sliced up
4 Jalapenos, chopped
1 bn Cilantro, chopped
In large pot add beans, beer and water to at least twice the volume of
beans. Add pepper, gran.garlic and salt. Bring to a boil and then let
simmer for a couple of hours till beans are done. Add more water as
necesary. 30 minutes before serving add remaining ingredients. Keep plenty
of liquid in pot and they will hold on low heat all day. Use slotted spoon
to serve.
