Recipe - Kulfi

12 ounce Evaporated Milk
3 cup Heavy Cream
14 ounce Condensed Milk; Sweetened
3 sl Bread
One half cup Cashews
1 cup Pistachio Nuts
1 pn Saffron
One half teaspoon Cardamom
12 Ice Cream Cones
One half cup Strawberries; Sweetened
One half cup Mango; Sliced
1) Remove crusts from bread and break into large, soft crumbs. In a mixer,
add all the above ingredients, and mix very well.
2) Place the freezer cones in a stand, and pour the mixture into each cone,
leaving One half inch space on top.
3) Freeze the kulfis overnight, or till very well frozen and set.
4) Serve with fruit puree sauce/cubed mango or falooda, or as such.
