Recipe - Kugelhopf Bread

1 cup Water; lukewarm
3 cup White bread flour
1 One half tablespoon Dry milk
3 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Butter
1 Three fourths teaspoon Lemon zest; fresh
1/3 cup Almonds; chopped
1/3 cup Raisins; golden
Three fourths teaspoon Vanilla extract
3 teaspoon Active dry yeast
Add ingredients according to bread machine manufacturer's instructions.
Makes a 1.5 pound loaf.
