Recipe - Kraut Casserole

1 cn (16 oz) sauerkraut
1 cn (16 oz) corned beef
Three fourths cup Biscuit mix
Three fourths cup Milk
One half cup Mayonnaise
3 Eggs
1 pack (1 One fourth oz) Swiss cheese,
cut or sliced up
In a 9 X 13 inch baking dish spread the sauerkraut and top with the corned
beef. Combine the biscuit mix, milk, mayonnaise, and eggs, and pour over
the kraut and corned beef. Arrange the cheese slices over the batter. Bake
in 400° oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
NOTES : This is different and very good.
