Recipe - Kostros Pumpkin Bread

3 cup Flour
One half teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon Ground cloves
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
One half teaspoon Salt
3 cup Sugar
1 cup Veg. oil
3 Eggs
16 ounce Canned pumpkin
1 cup Raisins

In large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg,
cloves, cinnamon, and salt. In large mixing bowl, place sugar, veg. oil and
eggs. Stir until blended. Add pumpkin. Gradually add flour mixture,
stirring well after each addition. Fold in raisins. Pour batter into
greased and floured tube pan. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 1 hour. Cool
on wire rack 10 minutes; then remove from pan and cool again.
