Recipe - Korean Beef Rib Marinade

One half cup Cider vinegar
One half cup Reducedsodium soy sauce
1/3 cup Orange juice
2 tablespoon Dark molasses
One fourth cup Chopped fresh ginger
2 tablespoon Paprika
1 tablespoon Grated orange zest
4 lg Garlic cloves; minced
One half teaspoon Coarsely ground black pepper
In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, soy sauce, orange juice, and
molasses. Whisk in remaining ingredients. Place meat in a single layer in a
glass or ceramic dish. Add marinade, turning to coat. Cover and
refrigerate, turning occasionally, 6 to 12 hours.
