Recipe - Kolbi - Korean Style Ribs

2 One half pound Thin cut or sliced up short ribs
1 cup Soy sauce
6 Cloves garlic crushed
One fourth Inch piece ginger root
Crushed
1 Round
3 teaspoon Sugar
One fourth cup Sesame oil
Onion cut or sliced up
Mix ingredients in large bowl and let stand overnight. Grill over medium
heat until meat is cooked (approximately 15 to 20 minutes). Serve hot with
rice and enjoy.
