Recipe - Kokee Corn Bread

3 Eggs
1 One fourth cup Milk
One half pound Butter; melted
3 cup Bisquick
1 cup Sugar
1 One half teaspoon Baking powder
One fourth cup Corn meal
Whisk together eggs and milk. Combine dry ingredients. Add eggmilk mixture
and melted butter. Pour into 9" x 13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35
minutes.
NOTES : This one is a favorite of ours. It is the most delicious
cornbread almost like cake! We had this cornbread for lunch high in
the cool mountains of Kokee State Park on the island of Kauai.
