Recipe - Knorr Spinach Dip

10 ounce Chopped spinach; frozen,
thawed
1 pack Knorr Vegetable Soup &
Recipe Mix
16 ounce Sour cream
1 cup Mayonnaise
8 ounce Water chestnuts; chopped
3 Green onions; chopped
Thaw spinach and squeeze dry. Stir together the soup mix, sour cream, and
mayonnaise until well blended. Stir in spinach, water chestnuts and green
onions. Cover; chill 2 hours. Stir before serving. Makes about 4 cups. MC
