Recipe - Kiwi Muffins

One half pound Flour
1 Baking powder
One half teaspoon Salt
5 One fourth ounce Sugar .PP
1 Egg, beaten
2 5/8 ounce Butter, melted
One half cup Milk .PP
1 Grated lemon rind
1 One half cup Kiwis, peeled and chopped
4 One fourth ounce Walnuts, chopped
1. Preheat oven to 200 øC .
2. Sift together the first 4 ingredients. Stir in the egg, butter, and
milk, just until moistened.
3. Fold in the lemon rind, kiwis, and nuts. Fill paperlined muffin tins
full, and bake approximately 20 minutes.
Difficulty : easy. Precision
