Ingredients:
Kitfo - Ehtiopian Tartar Steak recipe makes 1 Servings
2 ounce Butter
One fourth teaspoon Cayenne pepper
One fourth teaspoon Chili pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
1 One half pound Lean round steak; freshly
ground
Chopped beef should be freshley ground just before serving. It is served
raw.
In a 9inch skille melt the butter. Add seasonings and stir thoroughly. Add
ground steak and mix thoroughly. Serve immediately. Do not cook.
If your guest prefer the kitfo cooked, saute it over low heat for about 5
minutes, stirring constantly.
