Recipe - Kissin Cousins Chili

2 One half pound Beef chuck; coarsely ground
1 lg Onion; chopped
4 Cloves garlic; minced
1 cn Beer; (+more if needed)
One half 10oz can Rotel Tomatoes and
Green Chillies
2 tablespoon Gebhard chili powder; (23
Tbsp.)
1 One half tablespoon Cumin; (Comino)
1 One half teaspoon Coarse black pepper
1 One half teaspoon Accent or MSG
One half teaspoon Paprika
One half teaspoon Celery salt
One half teaspoon Red pepper; ground
One fourth teaspoon Sage; ground
One fourth teaspoon Oregano; ground
One fourth teaspoon Thyme; ground
One fourth teaspoon Coriander
Place beef, onion and garlic in a large Pyrex bowl. Microwave on high for
1214 minutes, stirring twice. Add all remaining ingredients, stirring
well. Cover and microwave on high 15 minutes. Stir. Cover and microwave on
30 percent (mediumlow) 4 minutes, stirring once midway through cooking.
Add more beer if chili gets to thick during cooking.
This recipe can be done in a crock pot after the meat is browned and onions
are sauteed. Cook in the crock pot 68 hours on slow. Serves 810.
