Recipe - Kima

1 cup Chopped onion
1 Clove garlic; minced
3 tablespoon Butter or margarine
1 pound Ground beef
1 tablespoon Curry powder
1 One half teaspoon Salt
1 ds Black pepper
2 Tomatoes; minced
2 Potatoes; minced
1 pack Frozen peas; broken apart
Cooked rice
Cook onion & garlic in butter. Add beef & brown well. Stir in remaining
ingredients except rice. Cover & simmer about 25 minutes until potatoes are
done. Serve over rice. Potatoes may be increased and rice omitted to serve
as a goulash.
