Recipe - Killarney Salad

6 cup Packed torn fresh spinach
leaves
2 cup Fresh bean sprouts
2 cup Fresh mushrooms; cut or sliced up
One fourth cup Green onions; thinly cut or sliced up
HONEY FRENCH DRESSING
One half cup Orange blossom honey
One fourth cup Water
One fourth cup Cider vinegar
One fourth cup Light catsup
1 teaspoon 72% less sodium
Worcestershire sauce
Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; toss. Serve with Honey French
Dressing. Yield: 8 servings (about 88 calories per 2 cups salad and 2 1/2
tablespoons dressing).
HONEY FRENCH DRESSING: Combine all ingredients in a jar. Cover tightly and
shake vigorously. Chill. Yield: 1 One fourth cups (about 28 calories per
tablespoon).
