Recipe - Kielbasa And Red Cabbage Skillet

1 Apple peeled/cored/ minced
2 tablespoon Margarine
1 small Onion
1 small Head
One half cup Apple juice
1 tablespoon Sugar
3 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
2 teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
Three fourths 1 pound
1 Apple, with skin cored/in
Wedges
Red cabbage shredded
Kielbasa in 2" pieces
In 10" skillet, over Medium heat, in hot margarine, cook onion until
tender. stir occasionally. Add minced apple, cabbage, apple juice, sugar,
red wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to Low.
Cove and simmer for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally. Add Kielbasa. Bring to a
boil. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes until heated. Add unpeeled apple to
mixture. Heat through.
