5 Bacon strips
1 md Onion; chopped
1 pound Smoked fully cooked
kielbasa; thinly cut or sliced up ,
(up to 11/2)
2 cn (15 One half oz. each) great
northern beans; undrained
2 cn (8 oz. each) tomato sauce
1 cn (4 oz.) chopped green chiles
2 md Carrots; thinly cut or sliced up
One half md Green pepper; chopped
One half teaspoon Italian seasoning
One half teaspoon Dried thyme
1/8 teaspoon Pepper

In a 12" skillet, cook bacon until crisp; remove to paper towel to drain.
In drippings, cook onion and sausage until the onion is tender; drain. Stir
in remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer
for 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
Crumble bacon and sprinkle on top. Yields 68 servings.
