Recipe - Kidney Bean Casserole

One half cup Chopped onion; or more
1 pound Ground beef
1 teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
1 cn (6oz) tomato paste
2 cn (15oz) kidney beans;
drained
1 cup Grated cheddar cheese; or
more
Paprika
Saute onions & beef until browned. Stir in salt, pepper & tomato paste.
Spoon half this mixture into a 1One half quart casserole. Top with half the
kidney beans, then half the cheese. Repeat layers in same order with
remaining meat, beans & cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350
uncovered for 3540 minutes or until top browns. Yields 68 servings.
