Recipe - Khao Pad Muo Bau Ga-Prow

3 tablespoon Oil
4 ounce Pork loin (or other meat)
3 Garlic cloves, minced
One half cup Sliced Thail chilis (or
jalapeno peppers)
One fourth cup Sliced onions
4 cup Cooked rice (Thai jasmine)
1/3 cup Fish sauce (nam pla)
2 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Sweet soy sauce
One fourth teaspoon White pepper
1 cup Hot basil leaves
1 small Tomato, cut into wedges
One half cup Sliced cucumber
4 Green
onions/scallions/spring
onions, cut in 4in.

1 Carrot, thinly cut or sliced up
Heat a large skillet until hot and add the oil. Add the meat, garlic,
chilis (or peppers) and onions and cook for 30 seconds. Add the rice, fish
sauce, sugar, soy sauce and white pepper and continue to cook until the
rice is hot. Toss in the basil leaves and stir to combine. Remove to a
serving plate and garnish with tomato, cucumber, carrot and green onions.
