Recipe - Key Lime Muffins

2 cup Flour
1 tablespoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Salt
2/3 cup Sugar
1 Egg; beaten
1/3 cup Butter; melted
Three fourths cup Milk
One fourth cup Lime juice
2 tablespoon Grated lime peel
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Sift the first 4 ingredients together. Stir in
the egg, butter, milk, lime juice, and peel, until just moistened. Fill
paperlined muffin tins full. Bake approximately 20 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins.
