Recipe - Key Lime Chicken

4 Boneless skinless chicken
breasts (about 1 1/2
pounds)
2 teaspoon Butter or margarine (up to
3)
2 tablespoon Lime juice (up to 3)
8 dr Hot pepper sauce (up to 12)
1 teaspoon Brown sugar
1 teaspoon Chicken bouillon granules
One half teaspoon Poultry seasoning
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Dried rosemary; crushed
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
One fourth teaspoon Paprika
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken in a greased baking dish. Pour
lime juice over chicken. Put 2 3 drops hot pepper sauce on each chicken
breast. Dot chicken breasts equally with butter. Combine remaining
ingredients and sprinkle over chicken. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven
for 50 minutes or until done.
