Recipe - Ketchup Meat Loaf

Ingredients:

Three fourths kg Lean minced beef
1 cup Soft bread crumbs
1 Egg
1/3 cup Tomato ketchup
1 One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
One half cup Chopped onions
One half teaspoon Oregano

Combine ingredients, mix well, bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Makes
great sadwiches! Just slice when the loaf is cold. Recipe by my future
mother inlaw, Joan MacNab.
