One fourth pound Ground round (beef)
1 Clove, garlic, minced
1 small Chopped onion
1 One half teaspoon Active dry yeast
2 cup Bread flour
1 teaspoon Salt
One fourth Tsp.ground cumin
One fourth Tsp.ground cardamon
One fourth Tsp.ground cloves
One fourth Tsp.grated nutmeg
One fourth Tsp.ground cinnamon
One fourth Tsp.ground black pepper
Three fourths cup Water
One fourth cup Frozen green peas
Braise or saute the beef til browned. Add garlic and onion. Cook til
softened. Let cool. Put the whole mess, except the peas 'inna you bread
machine (in whatever order you like best) (no snitching and eating 'da
peas) Dump peas into the machine at the end of the first kneading or at 'da
beep.
