2 pound Scallops
One half teaspoon Oregano
One half teaspoon Thyme
One half teaspoon Basil
One half teaspoon Garlic powder
One half teaspoon Onion powder
One half teaspoon Paprika
One half teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
2 cup Flour
4 cup Oil
1 One half cup Milk
Wash & dry scallops. Blend seasonings into flour. Heat oil to 375. Dip
scallops in milk then into flour. Deep fry in oil 23 minutes or until
golden brown.
