Recipe - Kentucky Pecan Pie

1 cup White Corn Syrup
1 cup Packed Dark Brown Sugar
1/3 teaspoon Salt
1/3 cup Melted Butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 lg Lightly Beaten Eggs
1 One fourth cup Shelled Whole Pecans
Combine the syrup, sugar, salt, butter and vanilla. Mix well. Add the
slightly beaten eggs. Pour into a 9" unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle pecans
over all. Bake in a 350øF oven for 45 minutes. When cool, top with
whipped cream or ice cream. From: Syd's Cookbook.
