Ingredients:
Kelly Koleslaw recipe makes 1 Servings
1 cup Good mayo
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
One half cup White vinegar
1 tablespoon Celery seed
One half teaspoon Pepper
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 small Carrot; shaved with a peeler
One fourth cup Onion thinly cut or sliced up
8 cup Cabbage
Mix the first 7 ingredients with a wisk. Add to the vegetables and toss.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Eat with pulled pork or fish.
