Recipe - Kelloggs Corn Flakes Muffins

Ingredients:

1 1/3 cup Flour
1 tablespoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth cup Sugar
2 cup Corn flakes
1 One fourth cup Milk
1 Egg
1/3 cup Oil

Combine flour, baking powder, salt & sugar. Combine flakes & milk in a bowl
& let stand about 2 minutes or until cereal is softened. Add the egg & oil
& beat well. Add the flour mixture to the corn flakes mixture, stirring
only until just combined. Divide batter between 12 greased muffin cups.
Bake at 400F for 25 min or until lightly browned.

Variation: Add One half cup shredded monterey jack cheese with chopped jalapeno
peppers to egg mixture before adding flour mixture.
