Recipe - Kellis Macaroni And Cheese

8 ounce Cooked macaroni rinsed wtih
cold water
2 cup Cream sauce (see below)
2 cup Cheddar cheese
CREAM SAUCE
4 tablespoon Melted butter
4 tablespoon Flour
1 cup Milk
1 cup Heavy cream
Salt & pepper to taste
1) Over low heat, melt butter and blend in flour. Gradually add milk and
stir until thick and smooth. Add heavy cream and then salt and pepper to
taste.
2) In Casserole dish, layer macaroni, cheese, and cream sauce in layers.
End with cheese on top. Top with bread crumbs if desired.
3) Bake at 375~ for 30 minutes.
