Recipe - Kaylynnes Spanish Rice

3 tablespoon Oil
8 ounce Tomato sauce
2 cup Uncooked rice
Three fourths teaspoon Cumin
One half md Bell pepper chp
Three fourths teaspoon Garlic powder
One half cup Onion chopped
Three fourths teaspoon Salt
4 cup Chicken broth
One half teaspoon Pepper
Brown the rice, onion and bell pepper over medium heat. Add remaining
ingredients and mix well. Simmer, covered, for approximately 20 minutes.
Remove lid and simmer until all liquid is absorbed. DO NOT STIR RICE or it
will be sticky! If rice begins to stick to pan, gently move the rice with a
fork. Fluff before serving. Converted by MMCONV vers. 1.00
