Recipe - Kathleens Tex Stack

Ingredients:

1 pack Nofat flour tortillas
1 cn No fat refried beans
1 Container no fat (or low
fat) sour cream, low fat
cheese (or no fat) doesn't
melt as well)
Tomatoes
1 cn Greeen chilis
1 cn Black beans

Spread refrieds on each tortilla to anchor "stuff". Add tomatoes to one,
sour cream to one, beans to one, and cheese to one. Stack one on top of
other and wrap in foil. Bake 350 for 15 min. or till melted and hot. Top
with tomatoes and sour cream. Gaucamole is good also. (ok it's not low fat
but it sure tastes good! Another version may be to dice the avacado into
small pieces for flavor and add to stack) busted by sooz
