Recipe - Kates Brownies

1 Box dark brownie mix (I have
recipes for this from
scratch, but since this
comes out so well with the
mix, what the heck!)
1 pack Peanut butter chips
1 cn Cream cheese frosting
Prepare the brownies as directed int he package. Take the brownies out of
the oven, and sprinkle the peanut butter chips over the top. Let sit a few
minutes to let the chips melt (you can cover the pan over to help in
melting). Spread the chips over the brownies and let cool. Once room
temperature, I'll set the pan in the fridge for a while to chill so the
peanut butter chips harden and make it easier to frost. Then frost with the
cream cheese frosting. Do this a day before so the frosting can dry out and
harden up a bit. Serve at room temperature. These are SOOOOOOOO good!
