Ingredients:
Kasha Filling For Kreplach recipe makes 4 Servings
3 tablespoon Schmaltz or margarine
2/3 cup Minced onion
One half cup Ground beef
1 One half cup Cooked kasha
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper

Heat schmaltz or margarine in a large skillet. Fry onions and meat. Add
cooked kasha and seasonings. Stir well to blend.
Cool. Fill kreplach casings, seal, and cook in boiling, salted water for
1520 minutes. Drain and put in soup.
