Recipe - Kasha Burgers

1 cup Buckwheat groats, (kasha)
2 small Onions, chopped
One half pound Mushrooms, chopped
1 tablespoon Parsley, chopped
3 Egg whites
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
Recipe By : Annice Grinberg
Cook kashe and cook. Saute onions and mushrooms. Mix all together, Shape
into burgers and brown in Pammed skillet or griddle.
