Recipe - Karens Bruschetta

Loaf of good Italian or
French bread
3 to 4 big tomatoes, garden
fresh
Preferred
Olive oil
Garlic
Pepper
Basil
Slice tomatoes into medium size chunks. Mince 2 to 3 cloves of garlic,
place into One half cup olive oil, add twists of pepper, add basil. Put tomatoes
into olive oil mix to marinate. Slice bread One half inch thick, toast dark on
both sides, rub garlic cloves into top side. Place on serving tray, cover
with tomato, olive oil mix, add salt if desired. Serve room temperature.
