Recipe - Karens Broccoli-Corn Casserole

1 pack (10 Oz) Frozen Chopped
Broccoli
2 cn Creamed Corn; 15.25 oz
3 cup HerbSeasoned Stuffing Mix;
divided
1 cn Creamy Onion Soup; undiluted
8 ounce Sour Cream
3 tablespoon Margarine; melted
2 lg Eggs; beaten
1 cup (Or Less) Shredded Cheddar
Cheese, sharp or mild
Cook broccoli according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain well.
Combine broccoli, creamed corn, 2 cups stuffing mix, soup, sour cream,
margarine, and eggs. Mix well. Spoon into lightly greased 2One half qt.
casserole or baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and remaining cup of
stuffing mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 3040 minutes or until heated
thoroughly.
