Recipe - Karens Brisket Marinade

Ingredients:
Karens Brisket Marinade recipe makes 180 Servings
FOR 1 One half LB. LOAF
Three fourths cup Water
1/3 cup Milk
3 tablespoon Oil
2 tablespoon Honey
1 teaspoon Salt
2 One half cup Bread Flour
1 tablespoon Grated Orange Peel
One fourth cup Granola*; (up to 1/2)
One fourth cup Sunflower seeds**
One fourth cup Raisins**
2 One fourth teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
*I use Strawberry Muesili instead of granolawonderful!!
**Onequarter cup of the granola/muesili was added with the flour, the
remaining onequarter cup was added along with the sunflower seeds and
raisins at the "beep".
