2 cups sifted flour 2 tsp. baking powder One half tsp. baking soda One half tsp
grated nutmeg 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 cup chopped walnuts 2 eggs well beaten 1/2
cup milk 1 cup sugar 1 cup canned pumpkin One fourth cup (One half stick) butter or
margerine, melted
1. Sift flour, baking powder, soda, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon onto wax paper
2. Beat eggs, milk, sugar, pumpkin & butter in large bowl. 3. Stir in dry
ingredients 4. Fold in walnuts 5. Spoon onto greased 9 x 3 x 3 loaf pan 6.
Bake in 350 oven for 55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes & remove. Cool completely & wrap in foil.
