Ingredients:
Kahlua Kabobs recipe makes 1 Servings
3 pound Beef or lamb;cut into 1inch
strips or cubes
Three fourths cup Chunky peanut butter
1 ounce Kahlua
1 Clove garlic
Three fourths cup Chicken stock or broth
One fourth teaspoon Horseradish
Skewer the meat. The secret is in the sauce. Mix all the other ingredients
in a blender until smooth. Baste the kabobs well and cook over charcoal.
Turn and baste until the meat is tender. About 1015 minutes for cubes, or
510 minutes for strips. Serve with the extra sauce either hot or cold for
dipping. Serves 46 people.
