1 One half cup Fine chopped onion
1 cup Parsley
1 One half teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Paparika
One half teaspoon Cinamon
One half Pepper
8 sl Tomatoes
8 Lettuce leaves
4 Pitas halved crosswise

Mix beef, onion, parsley salt paparika, cinamon, pepper. Shape in 8 patties
One half ' thick. Broil and grill 4 6 " from heat source, turning once, 1015
mins. (mediumwell done) or until done as desired. Place burger, tomato
slice, a lettuce leaf into each pita halves.
