Recipe - Jusitins Bbq Sauce

3 cup Onion chopped
1 tablespoon Garlic chopped
1 cup Sweet pepper chopped
One half cup Parsley dried
1 cup Dry white wine
3 tablespoon Vinegar
2 cup Ketchup
One fourth cup Honey
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Salt
3 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
One half teaspoon Mint dried
1 tablespoon Liquid Barbecue SmokeAE
One half tablespoon Louisiana hot sauce

Place all ingredients in a pot that is big enough to hold them. Bring to
boil. Cook covered., on low heat for several hours.
