Recipe - Jumbo Chocolate Chip Cookies

Three fourths cup Granulated sugar
Three fourths cup Packed brown sugar
1 cup Margarine or butter;
softened
1 Egg
2 One fourth cup Allpurpose flour*
1 teaspoon Baking soda
One half teaspoon Salt
1 cup Nuts; coarsely chopped
1 pack (12 ounces) semisweet
Chocolate chips

*If using selfrising flour omit baking soda and salt.

Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix sugars, margarine and egg. Stir in flour,
baking soda and salt (dough will be stiff). Stir in nuts and chocolate
chips. Drop dough by One fourth cupfuls about 3 inches apart onto ungreased
cookie sheet. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until edges are set. Cool
completely and remove from cookie sheet. About 1One half dozen cookies.
