Recipe - Jumbo Chocolate-Chunk Muffins

2 Eggs
3 cup Bisquick original baking mix
One half cup Sugar
Three fourths cup Milk
3 tablespoon Vegetable oil
6 ounce Semisweet chocolate;
coarsely chopped (about 1
cup)
HEAT oven to 400 degrees. Line 12 medium muffin cups, 21/2x1One fourth inches,
with paper baking cups.
BEAT eggs slightly in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients except
chocolate until moistened. Fold in chocolate. Divide batter evenly among
muffin cups.
BAKE 17 to 19 minutes or until golden brown. 1 dozen muffins.
