2 cup Low fat (2%) cottage cheese
1 cup Lemon chiffon yogurt
2 tablespoon Yellow raisins
1 D Dill seed
1 D Hungarian paprika
Blend all of the above in a bowl until fluffy. Serve with whole
strawberries, cut or sliced up apples, cut or sliced up pears, and mandarin oranges. (You may
want to chill dip for an hour before serving)
