Recipe - Julies Baked Egg Casserole

12 Eggs beaten
2 cup Longhorn cheese grated
1 pt Sour cream
2 cup Ham; cooked chopped
One half teaspoon Salt
Beat eggs, sour cream and salt until creamy. Fold 1 One half cups of cheese,
reserve One half cup, and ham into mixture. Pour into greased 9x13inch Pyrex
dish and top with remaining One half cup cheese. Bake at 350~ for 30 minutes.
