2 md Carrots, cut into
matchstick julienne
1 ounce Snow peas, cut into
matchstick julienne
Freshly ground pepper
3 cup Water
1 teaspoon Oriental sesame oil
1 tablespoon Minced green onion
1 Garlic clove, minced
Salt
Bring water to simmer in medium saucepan. Add carrots and cook 4 minutes.
Stir in peas and cook 2 minutes. Drain vegetables. Rinse under cold water;
drain thoroughly. Heat oil in heavy medium skillet over mediumhigh heat.
Add carrots, peas, onion and garlic and stirfry 1 minute. Season with salt
