One half pound Hamburger per person
Sliced or minced onions
Dill pickle chips
Canned mushrooms
Grated Mozzarella cheese
Split the One half lb. hamburger into two 1/4lb. balls. Flatten each until they
are 1/4inch thick and saucersized (6 inches). On one patty, place in the
middle the remainder of the ingredients. Place the remaining patty on top
and pinch sides together, so it resembles a pie. Grill until done. (These
stay together well once they have been pinched all around.) Put into a
casserole dish and keep warm in the oven until serving time. Posted to
