One fourth Head cabbagered or green

BODY CLEANSER
4 Carrots
One half Cucumber
1 Beet

Tips: Do not combine fruits or vegetables together as they are not
compatible. An exception to the rule is the apple, which mixes well with
all fruits and vegetables. Also, do not drink greens or beets alone. They
should always be mixed: Three parts carrot to one part greens or beets.
