cut into peices
1 Papaya; peeled and seeded,
sut into peices
One half cup Raspberries
Three fourths cup OJ
4 Ice cubes
Strawberries to garnish

In blender combine, in batches, fruit with OJ and ice cubes. Blend until
smooth. Serve in glasses, garnice with strawberries. Serves 4
165 cals, 10 g protein, 0 g fat 0 mg chol. 31 grams carbs, 343 g sodium.
I think you can do variations on this with light silken tofu (1% fat) for a
really high protein drink (and **very** filling) if that's what you are
looking for.
