Recipe - Judy Austins Black-Eyed Peas

32 ounce Canned blackeyed peas
3 One half ounce Packaged cut or sliced up pepperoni,
minced
1 md Green pepper, minced
1 md Onion, minced
One fourth teaspoon Hot sauce
2 tablespoon Hot taco sauce
Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven over low heat. Cover and simmer for
1 hour, stirring occasionally. 8 servings.
I did find this in Southern Living, so I hope it doesn't offend
traditionalists :).
