Recipe - Johnny Cake Muffins

1 cup Flour
1 cup Cornmeal
Three fourths teaspoon Salt
One half cup Sugar
4 teaspoon Baking powder
1 Egg
1 cup Milk plus 2 tblsp
4 tablespoon Cooking oil

Put all dry ingredients in bowl, beat egg lightly and add the milk to it.
Add to dry ingredients and mix well. Add the oil and mix well . Put in
oiled pan and bake in hot oven 400 for 2025 min.
