Recipe - Johnny Cake

1 Three fourths cup Flour
2 cup Cornmeal
3 tablespoon Sugar
3 tablespoon Shortening
2 cup Milk
2 teaspoon Cream tartar
1 teaspoon Soda
1 Pinch of salt
2 Eggs

Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Beat eggs and add milk, stir into
dry ingredients and lastly add melted shortening. Put in greased 8x8 pan
and bake in 375 oven for 2025 min.
